Privacy Policy

At Jubvo ("the Service") we value your privacy. This policy explains what data is processed when you use the Service and how it is protected.

1. Data We Process

Account information: Your email address and password (the password is stored securely and irreversibly).
Bot content: The website content and documents you add to your bot.
Visitor conversations: Messages written by visitors through the widget on your website and the bot's replies.
Contact requests (leads): The name, phone, email and note details visitors leave.
Technical data: Temporary technical information for IP-based rate limiting and error logs.

2. Purpose of Use

Data is used only to provide the Service, run your bot, generate responses to visitors and deliver the contact requests you collect. We do not sell your data to third parties for advertising.

3. Third-Party Services

The following infrastructure providers are used to operate the Service:

Google Gemini — bot content and questions are processed to generate AI responses.
Supabase — authentication and database.
Render — server hosting.
Lemon Squeezy — payments and invoicing (Merchant of Record).
Google Analytics — used only after your explicit consent (cookie acceptance) to measure site traffic anonymously.

Some of these providers (in particular Google Gemini, Supabase and Render) may host their servers outside Türkiye (e.g. in the EU or the US). As a result, visitor messages and bot content may be transferred abroad and processed while answers are generated. These providers act only as "sub-processors", processing data under contract and solely to deliver the Service; your data is not used to train their models. Under GDPR/KVKK, such international transfers are carried out where necessary to provide the Service and/or based on your explicit consent. Where sensitive data (e.g. health) is involved, additional conditions may apply to the transfer; we therefore recommend that sensitive data is not collected through the widget (see Section 4).

4. Health Data Notice

Jubvo is a general-purpose chat assistant and is not designed to collect sensitive health data. Clinics using the widget are responsible for not requesting sensitive health information from visitors and for processing the contact data they collect in line with their own data-protection obligations.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

Your data is retained while your account is active. When you delete a bot, its documents, conversations and contact requests are also deleted. To request full deletion of your account, you can contact us.

6. Cookies

Essential (technical) cookies: The widget stores only a technical identifier (visitor id) and language/session preferences in the browser to recognise the same visitor. These cookies are necessary for the Service to function.

Analytics cookies: We use Google Analytics to measure site traffic. These cookies are loaded only if you click "Accept" on the cookie bar shown on your first visit. If you click "Decline", no analytics cookie is loaded. You can reset your choice anytime by clearing your browser data. No advertising or third-party marketing tracking cookies are used.
