Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains the terms for cancelling and refunding Jubvo ("the Service") subscriptions.

1. Payment & Seller

Jubvo is the service provider. Payments for paid subscriptions are collected through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Invoicing, tax collection and payment processing are handled by Lemon Squeezy.

2. Free Trial

New accounts may start with a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required during the trial and no charge is made. To continue after the trial, you choose a paid plan.

3. Cancelling Your Subscription

You can cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid period; you keep access until then and are not charged for the next renewal.

4. Refunds

Because payments are collected by our Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy, refund requests are subject to Lemon Squeezy's refund policy. You can send your refund request to contact@jubvo.com; we will review it and, where appropriate, initiate the refund through Lemon Squeezy.

As this is a digital service, refunds for periods already used (where the service was actively provided) may not always be possible. If you are not satisfied, please contact us — we will do our best to find a solution.

5. Right of Withdrawal

Under applicable consumer law, exceptions to the right of withdrawal may apply to digital content and services performed immediately. Even so, we always assess reasonable requests in good faith.

6. Price Changes

We reserve the right to update plan prices. Price changes affecting your existing subscription will be communicated to you before they take effect.
