Terms of Use

By using Jubvo ("the Service") you agree to the following terms.

1. Description of Service

Jubvo is a chat assistant service embedded on your website that answers your visitors using AI, based on your pages and the documents you upload.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for the security of your account and password. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Acceptable Use

• You will not upload unlawful, misleading content or content that infringes the rights of third parties.
• You will not use the Service for spam, fraud or distribution of malware.
• You will only add websites and documents that you own or have the right to use.

4. AI Responses

Responses produced by the bot are generated by AI and may contain errors. They do not constitute definitive medical, legal or financial advice. It is the user's responsibility to verify the accuracy of the bot's answers and to confirm critical information (prices, appointments, medical guidance).

5. Service Interruptions

The Service is provided "as is". We cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from maintenance, infrastructure-provider outages or unexpected failures.

6. Pricing & Payment

Jubvo is the service provider. Payments for paid subscriptions are collected through Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record. Accordingly, invoicing and collection of applicable taxes (e.g. VAT) are handled by Lemon Squeezy. The Lemon Squeezy Buyer Terms also apply at checkout.

Plan prices are shown at checkout and in the pricing section of our site. Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current period. For refund terms and cancellation steps, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or close your account if you violate these terms.
